The architecture shows a multicultural mix of European, Malay, and Chinese architecture, together with traditional Thai style architecture. A clock tower separates the two sections of the city; The New and the Old Phuket town.

Phuket City has everything that you could expect from a community with more than 70,000 inhabitants. Many foreign tourists who are visiting the city every year, but the majority of the people here are Thai residents.
