Phuket offers many fine resorts and hotels. Many of these have rooms with good standard, even if the prices is very fair. The cheapest style of accommodation is to rent a simple bungalow or a small house with a monthly rent. (for people who stay here a long time or expats). Most tourists though, prefer to stay in one of the hotels or one of the resorts on this island. You will find the majority of of them on the west coast of Phuket; Kata beach, Karon beach Kamala beach and Patong beach.

Room and Bungalow Prices
A simple room or bungalow costs about 400 Baht and up per night, but then you will only have a bed, a simple toilet and a fan. A hotel room with air condition, a wider bed and hot water costs about 800 Baht and up. Some of these resorts also has a pool.
A hotel room that also has a sofa and TV, fridge and sometimes a bathtub is normally from about 1500 Baht and up. Breakfast can then be included in that price. A luxury room or suite is from about 4000 Baht and up per night. Then you might get a 42 inch LCD-TV or/and a jacuzzi in the room.
